Welcome to our website. If you are a weightlifter in the Wisconsin, Minnesota or Illinois area, you will find this website useful for many reasons. First, we have an upcoming calendar so you can find local area weightlifting meets. We also have a meet director page which was designed to help you plan your own meet around other meets in the area. The 11th Annual Wisconsin’s Best Bench Press this year was a great success. 127 entries came to Independence to compete with proceeds from the event going to the Independence High School Athletic Department. We would like to thank the many volunteers who helped make this event a huge success. Without you there would be no event!!
